Posted on 9/3: Earlier today, our school administration was made aware of a threatening communication by a student that occurred last week. This threat had no specific details, though out of an abundance of caution, we immediately took action, and our School Resource Officer, in collaboration with the Leflore County Sheriff's Office, is currently investigating the situation. The LCSO is providing additional support on campus at this time.

The safety and well-being of our students are our top priorities, and we will continue to work closely with law enforcement to ensure a secure learning environment. As always, we appreciate your trust and support.
