Dear Parents: 50 Shades of Sweets snow cones will be on campus Wednesday September 25th!. This is a fundraising event for the HOWE AIR RIFLE/ARCHERY SPORTS PROGRAM. THIS WILL BE THE LAST SNOW CONE SALE UNTIL THE END OF APRIL. The cost of the snow cones will be... $1.00 for a small cup. $3.00 for a medium. Or $5.00 for a Souvenir cup. This is a plastic Souvenir cup that your child can keep and use the next time that 50 Shades is on campus. The next time they refill the Souvenir cup, the cost will be $3.00 If you wish for your child to have a snow cone please send the appropriate amount of money by September 25th. If you have a souvenir cup you may send it with your child. Please make sure their name is on it. Refills for the Souvenir cup are $3.00 Sorry, No replacements for lost or broken cups. Exciting News from Howe Public Schools! This week, our K-5 teachers participated in an incredible workshop hosted by OPSRC and Code.org, focusing on teaching the new Oklahoma Computer Science standards mandated by recent Oklahoma legislation. Our educators are now equipped to integrate OK’s Computer Science standards into their classrooms using Code.org’s engaging Computer Science Fundamentals courses. We can’t wait to see how our Howe students will benefit from this new learning opportunity, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills essential for the future! #HeresHowe #CS4All #TeachCode

Safety and behavioral specialist Tiffany Kirby served up ice cream sundaes at Howe High School today for students having perfect attendance during the first twenty days of school. It happened to be the hottest day of the week (Thursday, September 19), so it was not only sweet, but refreshing!

Elementary and MS Progress Reports are being sent home today. Tomorrow is a virtual day. Look for assignments from your child's teacher in order for them to be counted present for tomorrow. Next Thursday, 26th of September is Parent/Teacher Conferences from 3:30 to 6:30 and no school on Friday, September 27th due to teacher professional development day.

Flu shots will be offered by the Choctaw Nation to all students and faculty next Thursday, September 26th. Forms can be picked up in the high school office and the school nurse's office. All consent forms must be turned in by the 26th.

On behalf of the softball coaching staff and team we would like to invite everyone out tonight to celebrate our senior class! Senior night festivities will begin at 5:20pm at the Lady Lion Softball field! Your Lady Lions will play Panama at 6pm for our last district match up of the season! 1st grade celebrated International Dot Day with a collaborative art project creating watercolor dots for this Vashti mural. Students learned about the colors of the rainbow in this activity.

The students who are ordering a Letter Jacket need to have their total paid in full by Friday, October 4. Your coaches will have your total.. Checks can be made out to Howe Public Schools and delivered to Rachel Krebbs in the Admin Office.
