A huge shout out to Jim Hamilton Correctional Facility and their employees for providing bicycles and tablets to some well deserving Howe students. These students are hardworking, have great attitudes, are respectful and true friends. Receiving bikes were Tala Janway and Jericho Myers. Tablets were given to Alexzander Pixley-Pierce and Jonah Kelley. Congratulations to these students.

Shoutout to Jayda Wilson for stepping up to help a classmate when no one else would. Your kindness and courage didn’t go unnoticed. 💛

Wear Your Pajamas Day – Polar Express Style! All aboard! To celebrate the magic of The Polar Express, we encourage all students and staff to wear their pajamas to school TODAY. Whether they’re cozy, festive, or holiday-themed, pajamas are welcome as we enjoy a fun and spirited day together. Let’s get comfy, spread some holiday cheer, and keep believing in the magic of the season! (Please remember to follow school dress guidelines for appropriate footwear.)

Congratulations to the Howe Lady Lions and Lions as they have both advanced in the Choctaw Nation Invitation Tournament at Talihina. Our Lions will play Rattan at 3 pm for the Consolation Championship game, and our Lady Lions will play Broken Bow in the Championship game. Good luck to both teams! More Food Bank volunteer photos (5th-8th Grade GCATS):

The 5th-8th Grade GCATS had a great morning volunteering at the River Valley Regional Food Bank today! Students packed meal boxes and backpack snacks, swept, cleaned, and made Christmas cards for distribution for the Food Bank's 8-county service area.

Lion Pride on the Move! Under the direction of Mr. Troy Edwards, Howe’s M-A-N-E Attraction students and members of the "Howes Band" were honored to share holiday music at the Community Bank Christmas Party this week. Students represented Howe with joy, talent, and plenty of Christmas spirit! The group also helped spread holiday cheer during the Poteau Christmas Parade, proudly showcasing the hard work and dedication they bring to music each day. A huge thank-you to Community Bank for the invitation and to Mr. Edwards and his students for continually shining in every community event they take on. #CommunityStrong #HolidayMusic
