OKC Fairgrounds Clear Bag Policy
The OKC Fairgrounds has a clear-bag policy and walk-through scanners in place for the OSSAA State Tournaments to be held in the Jim Norick Arena. The approved clear plastic tote size is a maximum of 12 inches x 6 inches x 12 inches or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag. The policy will allow non- transparent clutch wallets that are no larger than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches, clear fanny packs and clear crossbody bags. Bags that are necessary for medical equipment will be searched at each gate. No other bags or purses including diaper bags will be permitted and the limit on bags is one per person.

Pep Rally tomorrow at 1:30 in the new gym to send the Lady Lions off to the state basketball tournament. Cheerleaders are asking everyone to wear white.

Howe Public Schools will pay for our pep bus attendees' admission ($10) for the Lady Lions and Lions game this evening at Roland, OK. This is for Howe High School and Middle School students only (6th-12th grade), and limited to the first 40 to RSVP on this form by Noon today. The pep bus will leave the school campus at 4:30 pm today, and return to the campus immediately following the game (at approximately 10 pm). Parents must pick-up students or have transportation arranged upon the return of the bus. Students must ride the bus to/from the game, no exceptions. Students should show their team spirit with our student section PATRIOTIC dress theme: WEAR red, white and blue. Students MUST sit in the designated student section in the gym the entire evening. A parent/guardian must submit an individual form for each student they are signing up, and complete all information required below. The pep bus must have a minimum of 20 students for the trip to make. Once the pep bus trip is confirmed shortly after noon today, a communication will be shared to you to confirm the trip. Ms. Vivian Neugin's 3YO class wrapped up a fun Read Across America week with One Fish Two Fish read by NHS guest reader, Oyuki V. They enjoyed a fun painting, counting, and eating goldfish activity!
